When you schedule an appointment below, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details that you've provided, including the price for your selected service. You don’t need to pay right away — your confirmation will include a secure link so you can come back and complete your payment when confirming your appointment.

1. Select Your Document Type – Choose the type of document you need notarized from the options below.
    
2. Choose Your Appointment Style – Let us know if you’d like an in-person local visit or an online remote notarization.
    
3. Receive Confirmation – You’ll get an email confirming your appointment along with a price breakdown.
    
4. Make Payment Later – Use the link in your confirmation email to pay securely at your convenience, before or at your appointment.

 To help your appointment go smoothly, please have the following ready:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID, etc.).
   
• The completed document(s) to be notarized (unsigned — please wait until your appointment to sign).  You should complete all sections except signatures prior to your appointment.
   
• Any additional signers or witnesses, if your document requires them.  If you are in need of a witness, let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange this add-on service for you.
   
• For online notarization, make sure you have a stable internet connection and access to a device with a camera and microphone.
