I'm a Florida commissioned notary serving Sunrise and communities throughout Broward County. I provide patient, organized mobile service for attorney-prepared estate documents at homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living communities, and other convenient locations.

Witness Requirements
Some documents may require witnesses in addition to notarization. Witness requirements depend on the document and how it was prepared.
Please confirm before your appointment:
✓ How many witnesses are required
✓ Whether witnesses will be provided by the signer or if they need to be arranged
Witness assistance may be available when requested and confirmed in advance. Additional fees may apply. Each person whose signature will be notarized must have identification acceptable under Florida law. Please contact me before scheduling if identification is unavailable or expired.
Before Your Appointment
To help the signing proceed smoothly, please confirm that:
✓ The documents are complete and ready for signing and the signer has reviewed the documents for accuracy and understanding.
✓ The signer has acceptable identification acceptable under Florida law.
✓ The signer is alert, willing and able to communicate
✓ Any required witnesses have been confirmed
✓ The signing location permits access at the requested appointment time
✓ The attorney or document preparer has answered any legal questions
Do not sign the documents before the appointment unless the attorney, document preparer or receiving organization has instructed you to do so.
