Have questions about mobile or remote online notarization? Here are answers to some common questions. Requirements can vary by document and receiving agency, so contact us before booking if you are unsure.
Yes! Mobile appointments are available throughout Broward County, including Sunrise, Plantation, Weston, Davie, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, Tamarac, Lauderhill, Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale. Palm Beach and Miami-Dade appointments are available by request.
Common appointments include estate planning documents, affidavits, powers of attorney, real estate and loan documents, parental authorizations, school forms, permits, contracts, and other documents requiring notarization. The document must be complete and ready for notarization.
Mobile appointments start at $45. Your final quote will account for travel, the number of notarial acts, witnesses, document handling, and any rush, evening, weekend, or specialty services requested. You will receive the total before confirming your appointment.
Many documents can be notarized through a secure audio-video appointment. The signer may be located outside of Florida - even outside the United States - while the Florida online notary remains physically in Florida. Document eligibility and acceptance should be confirmed with the receiving agency.
Bring the complete document and an acceptable government-issued photo identification. Do not sign the document until we confirm whether your signature must be witnessed during the appointment. If witnesses are required, confirm arrangements when booking.
No. A notary is an impartial witness and cannot prepare legal documents, select a notarial act for you, or provide legal advice. Please contact the document's receiving agency or a qualified attorney if you need guidance.
